Environmental Protection According to national standards, MDF can be classified into E1 grade (≤0.124mg/m³), E0 grade (≤0.050mg/m³), and ENF grade (≤0.025mg/m³) according to its free formaldehyde content. When purchasing MDF, consumers should try to buy products with low formaldehyde release, as these products are safer. The blue pores are between 0.27 and 0.98 nanometers in diameter and are arranged in a crystalline pattern. They also have weak electrical properties. The molecular diameters of formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, toluene, and xylene are all between 0.4 and 0.62 nanometers, and they are all polar molecules. They have the characteristic of preferentially adsorbing harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, and TVOC, thus achieving the effect of purifying indoor air.
Quality Surface cleanliness: The surface of MDF with good surface cleanliness should be free of obvious particles. Particles are caused by impurities introduced during the pressing process, which not only affect the appearance but also make the paint film easy to peel off. Surface smoothness: When you touch the surface, it should feel smooth. If it feels rough, it means that the processing is not up to standard. Surface smoothness: The surface of MDF should be glossy and smooth. If the surface is uneven when viewed from the side, it indicates a problem with the material or coating process.
Overall elasticity: A harder board is definitely a low-quality product.
