Transportation Requirements For Multi-Layer Boards And Plywood

Plywood and multi-layer boards are actually the same thing, just different names. They are both boards made by gluing together multiple layers of wood, somewhat similar to eco-friendly boards.

 

1. Strict Moisture and Sun Protection: Trucks with cargo boxes or tightly covered tarpaulins must be used. Rain and direct sunlight are strictly prohibited. Storage and transportation temperatures should be controlled between 5~60℃ to avoid adhesive failure due to high temperatures or brittle cracking due to low temperatures.

 

2. Prevention of Mechanical Damage: Handle with care during transport; throwing is prohibited. The edges and corners of the boards are fragile and must be protected with corner guards or edge strips. When stacking, the bottom layer bears the greatest weight and must be flat and supported to prevent breakage or delamination due to dynamic pressure.

 

3. Securement and Vibration Damage: Goods must be securely fastened to prevent sliding and collisions, avoiding resonance damage caused by vehicle vibration. If mixed with other goods, care must be taken to isolate them to prevent squeezing and scratches.
