MDF has a smooth and flat surface, fine texture, stable performance, and strong edges. It also offers good surface finish. However, MDF has poor moisture resistance. Furthermore, compared to particleboard, MDF has weaker nail-holding power; if a screw loosens after being tightened, it is difficult to re-secure it in the same position.

 

Clear density grading: Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) has a density of 0.65-0.80 g/cm³, high-density fiberboard (HDF) has a density ≥0.80 g/cm³, and low-density fiberboard (LDF) has an even lower density. Different densities correspond to different load-bearing capacities and processing performance.

 

Uniform and stable structure: The internal fiber distribution is dense, eliminating the dehydration, insect infestation, and cracking problems common in solid wood. It has superior impact resistance compared to ordinary particleboard and is not easily deformed under normal use.

 

High dimensional accuracy: Standard sizes are 1220mm × 2440mm, with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 30mm. Customization is available to meet various precision processing needs.
